The Customised Employment Professional Program, offered by the Centre for Disability Employment Research and Practice (CDERP), delivers comprehensive, competency-based training designed for Disability Employment Professionals. With a strong emphasis on Customised Employment and Discovery, the program equips participants with practical tools to foster meaningful employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. This course aligns with APSE1st and ACRE competencies, is globally recognized as the gold standard for Customised Employment training, and is the only ACRE accredited Course recognised outside of the USA.

Participants will engage in 40 hours of in-depth training and assessment, supported by ongoing mentoring beyond the training period to ensure the successful application of learned concepts. Developed in collaboration with Griffin Hammis Associates, pioneers in Customised Employment, the program reflects global best practices and research-backed methodologies.
