Transition through High School to Employment – Glide In
The Whole of High School Journey to Employment
Despite decades of work in this area, society is yet to design a transition that focuses high school on vocational skills that focus on the gifts and passion of children to align high school education with the search for real vocational interests. By aligning high school education with the opportunity to experience and explore different vocations we believe that children with a disability, along with their other school friends will be provided with better focus and the likelihood of higher levels of a successful transition to employment. Building on existing research and evidence, we are currently in discussions to begin this exciting research and join one more of the dots that leads to successful employment outcomes. This program underpins our Glide In transition program and provider, education partnerships.
