Participation

What the Network offers.

01

Contribute to research

Supporters can share practice examples, identify emerging issues, comment on selected research and participate in appropriate research activities.

Experience from practice reaches CDERP’s research through the Network. Participation in specific projects is by invitation.

CDERP retains independence over research methods, conclusions and publication decisions.

02

Private research briefings

Supporters have access to quarterly online research briefings and discussions, together with additional briefings associated with significant publications.

Briefings examine emerging findings, new publications, policy developments and their implications for practice and employment systems.

03

Research and implementation resources

Supporters can access designated full research papers, reports, policy statements and practical implementation materials, subject to applicable publication and instrument licensing conditions.

Public abstracts and summaries remain accessible to everyone through Publications.

04

Training and events

Supporters receive discounts on eligible CDERP College programs and events and priority access to selected activities where places are limited, including supporter arrangements associated with the annual Warburton retreat.

A practice pathway

From supporter to partner.

Opportunities for deeper engagement with CDERP, for individuals and organisations alike.

Stage 1

Supporter

Accesses research, briefings and implementation resources.

Stage 2

Trained practitioner

Undertakes CDERP College learning at supporter rates.

Stage 3

Fidelity-verified practitioner

Develops practice that can be assessed against relevant CDERP fidelity frameworks.

Stage 4

Organisational partner

Engages CDERP in advisory work, evaluation and systems development.

Practice experience, cases, evidence and organisational learning return to inform CDERP’s research.

The pathway is illustrative. It is not a required sequence, and people and organisations can engage with CDERP at whichever stage suits them.

Becoming a supporter does not in itself confer training credentials, fidelity verification or organisational accreditation. Each is gained through the relevant College program, assessment or engagement.
